500g Pau Flour
6g Instant Yeast
100g Sugar
50g Shorterning / Corn-oil
Coconut filling:
1 Cook 500g of freshly grated coconut 300g of brown sugar
2 Cool filling before use
Method:
1 Mix Pau Flour and instant yeast and dissolve the sugar i water
2 Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, then knead the dough with hand (for 10-15 minutes)
3 Scale the dough at 40g each. Round it and leave it to rest for 10 minutes
4 Flatten the dough and place the coconut filling in the centre of the place each dough on a small piece of square grease-proof papre
5 Cover the pau dough with a piece of clean plastic sheet and allow it to rise (proof) for 35-40 minutes
6 Place all dough pieces in a steaming rack that is lined with a piece of wet cloth. Steam the dough pieces for 15 minutes over the high heat
Note: 6g Instant Yeast can be substituted with 15g fresh yeast500克 包粉

椰子馅料:
1 将 500克新鲜椰丝和 300克椰糖一起煮
2 冷却待用
制作方法:
1 将包粉和酵母混合均匀, 将糖溶于水中
2 将所有材料放入搅拌缸内, 搅拌成均匀光滑的面团
3 将面团分割, 每粒大概40克, 滚圆, 松弛10分钟
4 将面团压成薄片, 把椰丝放在中间, 包起来放在纸上
5 将面团盖上塑胶纸, 让面团发酵35-40分钟
6 将包子放入蒸笼, 周围包上湿布, 用高温蒸15分钟
注意: 6克自发酵母等于15克湿酵母
