清蒸鸡蛋糕 Steamed Cake


材料:
鸡蛋 3粒
幼糖 120克
面粉 120克
香草精 几滴

做法:
1。把鸡蛋,幼糖和香草精打发成乳白色浓稠松发 。
(大约之前的三倍份量, 面糊写成八字不会马上消失)
2。加入面粉轻轻的搅拌, 倒入7寸的模 。
3。放入预备好的蒸炉, 用大火蒸大约35分钟左右至熟。

Ingredient:
3 Egg
120g Sugar
120g Flour
Few drop Vanilla Essence

Steps:
1. Mix egg, sugar & vanilla essence until become cream white & thickness three times before mix
2. Add flour and mix gently, stir into the 7-inch model
3. Put into the prepared steamer, steam for about 35 minutes until cooked
