泡打粉.... 8公克
作法
1 蛋放入搅拌缸中,加入糖粉和盐以慢速搅拌均勻。
2 將溶化的奶油加入作法1中,拌勻至完全吸收後加入牛奶拌勻。
3 將即溶咖啡, 面粉和泡打粉一起加入作法2中,以慢速搅拌成无干粉状的面糊。
4 用汤匙倒入纸杯, 大概3/4满,放入预热好的烤箱以170℃烘烤约約25分钟。

Method
1 Put eggs into the mixing tank, add icing sugar and salt, then stir slowly.
2 Add melted butter to practice 1,mix until completely absorbed, then add in the milk and mix well
3 Instant Coffee, flour and baking powder add into method 2, stir slowly
4 Spoon into muffin cup until 3/4, put into the preheated oven bake about 25 minutes with 170 ℃。
