咖啡马芬 Coffee Muffin

材料
全蛋.... 217公克 (4粒)
糖粉.... 160公克
盐.... 3公克
奶油.... 150公克
牛奶.... 40公克
即溶咖啡... 1包
面粉.... 250公克
泡打粉.... 8公克

作法
1 蛋放入搅拌缸中,加入糖粉和盐以慢速搅拌均勻。
2 將溶化的奶油加入作法1中,拌勻至完全吸收後加入牛奶拌勻。
3 將即溶咖啡, 面粉和泡打粉一起加入作法2中,以慢速搅拌成无干粉状的面糊。
4 用汤匙倒入纸杯, 大概3/4满,放入预热好的烤箱以170℃烘烤约約25分钟。

Ingredient
Egg.... 217 grams (4)
Icing Sugar.... 160 grams
Salt.... 3 grams
Milk.... 40 grams
Instant Coffee... 1 stick
Flour.... 250 grams
Baking Powder.... 8 grams

Method
1 Put eggs into the mixing tank, add icing sugar and salt, then stir slowly.
2 Add melted butter to practice 1,mix until completely absorbed, then add in the milk and mix well
3 Instant Coffee, flour and baking powder add into method 2, stir slowly
4 Spoon into muffin cup until 3/4, put into the preheated oven bake about 25 minutes with 170 ℃

咖啡海绵蛋糕 Coffee Spounge Cake

材料:
低粉/自发面粉 150克
牛奶35克
油30克
蛋4只
糖130克
3合一即溶咖啡
盐一小撮

做法:
1. 先筛低粉/自发面粉2至3遍
2. 鸡蛋放入糖和盐用打蛋器打至颜色变乳白, 体积比原来的蛋糖大3倍左右, 用打蛋器可以写出字就算好了,这时可以倒入筛好的低粉,轻轻的拌匀
3. 加入牛奶,油和3合一即溶咖啡搅拌均匀,蛋糕糊就做好了
4. 预热烤箱180度,将蛋糕糊倒入八寸蛋糕模中
5. 倒数第二层180度烤35分钟
6. 取出后将蛋糕立即翻过来,放在蛋糕架上,使之冷透

3in1 Instant Premix Coffee
A handful of salt

Steps:
1. Filter flour / self-raising flour 2 to 3 times

flour / self-raising flour, mix gently
3. Add milk

4. Preheat oven 180 degrees,
pour into the eight-inch cake mold
5. Put into t
