低粉/自发面粉 150克

3合一即溶咖啡
盐一小撮
做法:
1. 先筛低粉/自发面粉2至3遍
2. 鸡蛋放入糖和盐用打蛋器打至颜色变乳白, 体积比原来的蛋糖大3倍左右, 用打蛋器可以写出字就算好了,这时可以倒入筛好的低粉,轻轻的拌匀
3. 加入牛奶,油和3合一即溶咖啡搅拌均匀,蛋糕糊就做好了
4. 预热烤箱180度,将蛋糕糊倒入八寸蛋糕模中
5. 倒数第二层180度烤35分钟
6. 取出后将蛋糕立即翻过来,放在蛋糕架上,使之冷透

Steps:
1. Filter flour / self-raising flour 2 to 3 times
2. Eggs, sugar and salt mixed will until the color becomes white, size larger than the original three times, even if the word can be written well, then pour the flour / self-raising flour, mix gently
3. Add milk, oil and 3in1 Instant Premix Coffee, mix well
4. Preheat oven 180 degrees, pour into the eight-inch cake mold
5. Put into the penultimate layer, bake 35 minutes with of 180 degrees
6. Remove the cake immediately and turn over on cake rack so that the cold through
